Ihr Profil

Master's degree or Ph.D in a technical direction Experience in leading a team in an innovation environment High affinity, experience and interest in the agricultural sector and topics of digitalization Ability to forge strategic partnerships with a wide variety of technical and investor stakeholders; Fundraising and pitching skills in an entrepreneurial environment Technical business development skills to sell new projects, products, or services Excellent business and organizational skills including budgeting, program management, etc. Very good language skills in German and English Outstanding critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Ihre Aufgaben

Encourage new ideas and concepts beyond current products and business & set up and cultivate methods and tools for an efficient and effective working mode Actively seek out opportunities to support the activities of your team through projects, partnerships, external funding, and other mechanisms Enabling the team to successfully develop new ideas up to an advanced prototype level in collaboration with customers and partners Leading and continously developing a team of innovation-focused engineers to co-create with external partners Set goals and expectations for the Innovation Hub and external partners Manage the daily work of the Innovation Hub and its projects
