Your New Role in Daycare Centres

As a conductor, you will apply the principles of Conductive Education into the daily educational practice at one of our inclusive daycare centres (nurseries, kindergartens, after-school programs, and children's centres). You will support each child individually and holistically within the group, according to their individual strengths and resources. You will work closely with our internal specialist service, the multi-professional on-site team (educators, special education teachers, childcare workers, housekeeping staff etc.), and the parents to create the best possible support programs.

Specifically, in one of our daycare centres, you will be responsible for the following tasks

• Supporting all children, with and without special educational needs, in their individual development
• Accompanying children, especially those with special educational needs, on their path to greater self-determination and independence
• Encourage inclusive interaction as a bridge between children with different abilities
• Contributing your pedagogical and therapeutic expertise to the daily life of the daycare centre
• Close collaboration with the internal specialist service, the multi-professional team and parents or guardians
• Developing, implementing, and documenting individual support plans
• Actively contributing to a respectful, inclusive educational culture

What you should bring to the role

• A completed degree in Conductive Education, ideally with a focus on kindergarten or preschool
• Enjoyment of working with children and supporting their development
• Empathy and a respectful attitude towards children, parents, and colleagues
• Openness and curiosity in dealing with diverse support needs and disabilities
• Commitment and creativity in implementing educational concepts
• Team spirit and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
• German language proficiency at B2 level. We support you with language courses if you have not yet reached B2 level.
